Rewards Program

This week I needed to bring my Ford Escape to the dealership to replace a bad alternator and fix the brakes. The bill was just under $1000. The service representative enrolled me in a brand new "rewards program" from Ford called Owner Advantage.

From the program's website:

All parts and service purchases earn you rewards toward a future service visit.

Almost looking forward to the next time I need work done!

This week I also went to the dentist. I suggested that he too consider a rewards program. 5% cash back on each filling maybe?

I think you misunderstood who the rewards are for. Obviously, with these incentives, I'm sure you will get the best parts and services available. :)
